National Home Warranty
1 year workmanship, 2 years distribution, 5 years building envelope and 10 years structural. Private insurance carried during the build.
3 changes, no change fee
Make up to 3 changes during the build with no change fee. Material and installation cost differences apply.
You choose every finish
Countertops, cabinet styles, flooring, lighting fixtures, appliances and paint colour.
Sub-contractors managed
Your builder manages all sub-contractors from start to finish.

Anchored Custom Homes Ltd. was started in March 2021 by builder Deron Reimer. Before that, the team built with another builder under his company name — bringing 15 years of experience to every home.
Quality and integrity come first, and every home is covered under the National Home Warranty program. We build in Olds and the surrounding area, including Carstairs, Sundre and Mountain View County.

How customizable are your homes?
Each and every home is crafted with you in mind. We go over plans, share ideas and pictures, and revise blueprints so your home offers the lifestyle and unique touches you desire.
Are you insured, and is there a warranty?
Yes. Every home is covered under the National Home Warranty program: 1 year workmanship (labour & materials), 2 years distribution, 5 years building envelope and 10 years structural. We also carry private insurance during the build.
Will the price change?
No surprises here. What we agree upon is the price you pay. If prices go up during the build, we cover the higher costs. Only upgrades or changes you request affect the price.
Can we make changes during the build?
Yes — up to 3 changes during the build with no change fee. Differences in material or installation cost apply.
What can I choose?
You choose everything: countertops, cabinet styles, flooring, lighting fixtures, appliances and paint colour.
